Amadeus Partners with Anthropic for Tool Integration and Developer Access

Amadeus announced a collaboration with AI company Anthropic to integrate its applications into the Claude Cowork desktop agent and provide real-time travel content to developers via Claude Code. This aims to let users access Amadeus systems in plain language within AI workflows, reducing the need to switch between closed systems. Amadeus earlier shut down its self-service API portal, and this partnership is seen as a natural evolution.
