EASA and Norway's CAA Sign Zero-Emission Aviation Cooperation Agreement

The European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and Norway's Civil Aviation Authority (CAA Norway) signed a cooperation agreement at the Zero Emission Regional Aviation Conference 2025 (ZERAC25), driving innovation, research and learning through Norway's International Test Arena. The Test Arena, set up by CAA Norway and infrastructure and airspace provider Avinor, connects industry, research and regulators.
