SAP Concur Sets New Standard for What AI Can Do for Travel and Finance Teams

At GBTA Convention 2026, SAP Concur announced expanded AI capabilities including AI-assisted delegates dashboard, approval manager, enhanced admin control, AI-assisted corporate card management, and Meeting Planning Agent. With Amex GBT, it introduced leakage reporting, perks, and disruption management. These features aim to reduce manual work, improve compliance, and increase visibility. Some are available for early adopters, with GA dates ranging from Q3 2026 to Q1 2027.
