U.S. issues Level 2 travel advisory for Panama, do not travel to certain areas

The U.S. State Department updated its travel advisory for Panama, maintaining Level 2 (Exercise Increased Caution) due to crime. Some areas have higher risk: the Mosquito Gulf and parts of the Darién Region are Level 4 (Do Not Travel).
