Navan acquires Brazilian TMC Smartrips

Navan has acquired Brazilian travel management company Smartrips to expand its presence in Latin America. This is Navan's first acquisition since its IPO in October 2025; terms were not disclosed. Smartrips, founded in 2017 and based in São Paulo, provides corporate travel procurement and management services. Post-integration, Navan customers can book and manage local travel directly through the Navan platform.
