BizAway Acquires Netherlands-Based TMC Uniglobe Alliance Travel

PhocusWire reports that travel management platform BizAway has acquired Netherlands-based Uniglobe Alliance Travel to strengthen its position in the Netherlands. Terms were undisclosed, but Mayfair Equity Partners, which invested €35 million in BizAway in 2024, backed the deal. The acquisition was effective July 1, and Uniglobe Alliance Travel will continue under its brand, with commercial director Byron Bentley staying. BizAway called it an important milestone in international expansion.
