Tongcheng Travel completes tender offer for Dida Chuxing

On August 21, Tongcheng Travel announced the completion of its tender offer for Dida Chuxing, receiving valid acceptances of 911 million shares, representing approximately 88.74% of the total issued share capital. Post-acquisition, Dida Chuxing will maintain brand and operational independence, and Tongcheng Travel plans to seek to maintain its Hong Kong listing status.
