Philippines: travel warnings for parts, typhoon season noted

The UK FCDO updated travel advice for the Philippines, advising against all travel to western and central Mindanao and the Sulu archipelago, and against all but essential travel to the rest of Mindanao. Around 20 typhoons hit annually, mostly from June to November. Middle East escalation causes global travel disruption, and large demonstrations are expected in Metro Manila.
