U.S. State Department updates Sri Lanka advisory: Level 2, exercise increased caution

The U.S. State Department updated its Sri Lanka travel advisory. The advisory level was unchanged at Level 2, 'Exercise Increased Caution', but an 'Other' risk indicator was added and the summary was updated.
