Cao Cao Mobility Buys Back 170,000 Shares for HK$2.31 Million

On September 7, Cao Cao Mobility announced a share buyback of 170,000 shares for HK$2.3119 million, at prices between HK$13.49 and HK$13.73 per share. The repurchased shares will be held as treasury stock. Cumulative buybacks reach 4.8609 million shares, representing 0.83% of issued shares as of the authorization date.
