Argentina travel advisory: Level 1 Exercise Normal Precautions

The U.S. State Department issued a Level 1 advisory for Argentina (Exercise Normal Precautions). Argentina is generally safe, but petty crime occurs, especially in tourist areas and Buenos Aires. Rosario has criminal and drug trafficking activity. CDC issued a health notice for Andes virus, but risk is extremely low.
