Ctrip Issues Mid-Year Bonuses at 95% Amid Antitrust Penalty

On August 10, Ctrip officially issued mid-year performance bonuses, with all business lines paying 95% of the benchmark tier. For flight business, benchmark tiers are A: 2.5 months, B: 2 months, C: 1-1.5 months. On July 25, Ctrip was fined a total of 5.179 billion yuan by the State Administration for Market Regulation for monopolistic practices, setting a record for antitrust penalties in the industry. Ctrip responded that operations are normal and complete rectification measures have been formed.
