Omio to acquire Rail Europe, receives $10M for Asia expansion

Omio Group has agreed to acquire Rail Europe, a global distributor of European rail tickets, with terms undisclosed. It also received a $10 million investment from Granite-Integral to expand in Japan and Southeast Asia. The acquisition is expected to close in September, strengthening Omio's global rail capabilities and B2B distribution network.
