MakeMyTrip considers India IPO to unlock growth capital

India-based OTA MakeMyTrip is considering a listing in India to unlock additional capital for long-term growth. The company recently completed an internal restructure bringing Indian brands under a single entity. It acquired tour operator Flamingo Transworld and invested in visa processing company Atlys. Fiscal Q3 2026 revenue rose 11% to $296 million.
