US State Department: UAE Travel Advisory Remains Level 3

The US State Department maintains a Level 3 travel advisory (Reconsider Travel) for the UAE due to terrorism and armed conflict. Since the onset of US-Iran hostilities on February 28, 2026, there has been an ongoing threat of drone and missile attacks from Iran and significant disruptions to commercial flights. Update: As of August 29, family members of US government employees may travel to the UAE.
