ITW Adopts SAP Concur for One-Stop Travel Solution

Fortune 500 engineering firm Illinois Tool Works (ITW) adopted SAP Concur's integrated travel and expense solutions. Previously, ITW spent $3 million annually to serve only U.S. employees; after implementing SAP Concur, costs were reduced by $1 million and services expanded to 33 countries. Cathy Sharpe, Director of the Global Travel and Expense Group at ITW, noted that SAP Concur helped achieve significant cost savings and global reach.
