Outdoor experiences specialist Checkyeti acquires Manawa

Outdoor activities booking platform Checkyeti has acquired Alentour SAS, parent of French outdoor experiences marketplace Manawa, for an undisclosed amount. The acquisition aims to consolidate Europe's outdoor experiences industry, with Checkyeti and Manawa operating complementarily, supported by Banque des Territoires.
