eDreams ODIGEO announced the launch of its proprietary AI trip planning feature, integrated into its mobile apps, which generates day-by-day itineraries via natural language. The company also introduced a ChatGPT app, allowing users to search for flights conversationally and redirect to eDreams to book. Additionally, it scaled its agentic voice AI to handle 90% of inquiries in five languages, reducing transfers by 33% and improving resolution velocity by 15%.
