Amadeus released 'Global Mobility Trends: Decoded, Traveler Insights 2026', based on a survey of 3,000 global travelers. It found 68% are likely to use AI assistants to book transport, with 33% very likely. Over 80% value AI for personalized recommendations, and nearly 80% appreciate post-trip loyalty offers. 47% are willing to share driver's license details in advance to speed up car rental. Only 7% report a completely smooth mobility experience, with top pain points being language barriers (32%) and unexpected costs (31%).
