Xiyu Tourism Discloses Acquisition Report, Xinjiang Culture & Tourism Investment Holds 39.60%

Xiyu Tourism disclosed an acquisition report: 14.8976 million shares (9.61% of total share capital) held by Changji State Investment were transferred without compensation to Xinlv Changji. After the transfer, Xinjiang Culture & Tourism Investment directly and indirectly holds a total of 39.60%, the controlling shareholder remains Xinjiang Culture & Tourism Investment, and the actual controller remains the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission.
