TravelAI Acquires Sonder Brand, Relaunches Sonder.com

Canada-based TravelAI acquired the Sonder brand and domain names, relaunching Sonder.com as a flagship consumer brand positioned as a curated guide to the world's best urban stays. The acquisition does not include Sonder's operating businesses, properties, leases, inventory, or staff. Sonder had ceased operations and filed for liquidation in November 2025.
