Aer Lingus digital product manager Valentina Borovaya won the RouteStack Build Challenge with her product StandByStay, designed for airline standby employees. It searches all candidate destinations in parallel and completes hotel booking via RouteStack once the flight is confirmed. Second place went to HotelZippo, which compresses 30-40 hours of hotel research into a single conversation and highlights active issues like refurbishment. Third place went to MatchRoute, which moves group trip planning to a shared dashboard with AI assistance. All winning products transact through RouteStack.
