Kosovo: Travel restrictions lifted in northern areas

The UK FCDO updated travel advice for Kosovo, no longer advising against all but essential travel to the municipalities of Zvečan, Zubin Potok, and Leposavic, and areas of Mitrovica north of the river Ibar. However, travelers are reminded to remain aware of the security situation and follow local advice.
