Xi'an Tourism starts pre-reorganization creditor claims

On August 31, Xi'an Tourism announced that the Xi'an Intermediate Court accepted a creditor's pre-reorganization application, appointing a liquidation group as interim administrator. Creditors must file claims by September 30. The company had negative net assets at end-2025 and has been under delisting risk warning; if relevant rules are triggered in 2026, it may face delisting.
