Airbnb Partners with Boutique Hotel Operator Lark

Airbnb has signed a distribution agreement with Lark to bring over 75 boutique hotels to its platform. Lark, headquartered in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, oversees five brands and nearly 100 independent hotels with fewer than 150 rooms across the U.S. and Mexico. Lou Zameryka, Airbnb's global head of hotel enterprise and connectivity partnerships, said all U.S. Lark properties will be brought onto the Airbnb platform. Lark founder Rob Blood said the partnership gives owners a diverse channel mix and direct access to Airbnb guests who seek unique stays.
