Ramp acquires guest travel platform Juno to strengthen travel capabilities

Spend management platform Ramp has acquired guest travel startup Juno, which will operate independently within Ramp to support its travel offerings. Juno, founded by Pana founders, launched last year, raised $6 million, and expanded to complex travel use cases including meetings management. Juno has partnerships with TMCs including Altour, Direct Travel, and BCD Travel.
