H1 2026 Housing Rental Report: State-Owned Enterprises Lead Supply

Meadin Research released its H1 2026 housing rental enterprise scale report. TOP50 enterprises had 1.676 million units in operation and 2.3515 million units under management, slightly down quarter-on-quarter. State-owned enterprises became the main supply force, accounting for 55.3% of operating scale and 61.6% of management scale. Vanke PoYu, Longfor Guanyu, and Lingyu International ranked top three. The industry is shifting from scale expansion to quality improvement.
