Lingnan Holdings released its 2026 interim report: revenue of 2.236 billion yuan, up 7% YoY; net profit attributable to shareholders of 56.4263 million yuan, up 13.93% YoY. The company is advancing a major asset restructuring to acquire 85% of Guangzhou Radio & TV Urban Service Group.
