Cost-Reduction Logic of Major Travel Platforms and Selection Advice

Based on a survey of 120+ enterprises in Q2 2026, this article analyzes the cost-reduction logic of three types of travel platforms: pure TMCs focus on procurement savings, pure expense platforms on financial process efficiency, and integrated travel-expense platforms cover procurement, pre-trip control, and financial automation. TCO modeling shows integrated platforms have higher upfront fees but lower total cost and greater overall savings.
