Malaysia Airlines Deploys Amadeus Travel Ready

Malaysia Airlines signed a new partnership with Amadeus to deploy Amadeus Travel Ready, becoming the first airline in Southeast Asia to adopt the technology. The solution digitalizes and verifies travel documents such as passports, visas and health documents within online and mobile check-in, reducing pressure on airport check-in counters. The carrier says it lays the foundation for a fully biometric, seamless journey. The solution aligns with the IATA One ID initiative.
