Jordan Travel Advice Updated: Regional Tensions Escalate

The UK FCDO has updated travel advice for Jordan, noting the unpredictable situation in the Middle East. Since 8 July, Iran has conducted strikes and retaliatory attacks in several locations across the region, including Jordan, against US military and civilian infrastructure. British nationals are advised to prepare for flight cancellations, airspace closures, and travel disruptions. FCDO advises against all travel within 3km of the Syria border and all but essential travel to Aqaba airport and seaport.
