EU publishes work plans for TEN-T European Coordinators

On 30 September 2026, the European Commission's DG MOVE published the new edition of the work plans for the European transport corridors and horizontal priorities, the first edition since the adoption of the revised TEN-T regulation. The plans review progress on each corridor, remaining investment needs and infrastructure compliance, and identify bottlenecks that need to be eliminated as soon as possible. Among them, the European Maritime Space work plan focuses on ports, maritime connections and their integration with the broader European transport network; the ERTMS work plan was already published in February 2026 and covers the current state of deployment and challenges across the entire TEN-T rail network.
