Raffles' first standalone branded residences to open in Miami

On October 29, 2026, Accor's Raffles Hotels & Resorts, together with Mast Capital and BH Group, announced the launch of Raffles Residences Coconut Grove at 2545 South Bayshore Drive in Miami's Coconut Grove, comprising 35 waterfront private residences and being the Raffles brand's first standalone residential development project. The project is designed by Brandon Haw Architecture and is supported by Accor's One Living platform, and includes a small number of penthouse units.
