Accor signs 23 hotel projects in the Dominican Republic

On October 20, 2026, Accor signed a series of new hotel development agreements at its Paris headquarters, bringing its development pipeline in the Dominican Republic to 23 projects, involving nearly 6,000 rooms, more than 1,000 branded residences and up to 9,000 direct jobs. The projects cover Santo Domingo, Punta Cana, Miches, Samaná Bay and other locations, spanning brands including Pullman, Swissôtel, Novotel and ibis, with Novotel Punta Cana planned to open in 2027.
