On October 6, 2026, China Tourism News reported that Haikou Zizai Bay, through linking business formats such as Zizai Market, Zizai Cinema, Sunset Concert, and Haikou Bay cruise, extended tourists' average stay from 1 hour to 3 to 4 hours, driving growth in comprehensive dining, shopping, and entertainment consumption. During the National Day holiday, the "Hailü 01" cruise offered sea Live-themed night tour sailings, and the 8 PM golden sailing had an occupancy rate of over 90%. The report said Zizai Bay is developing from a sunset check-in spot into a night tour destination with a 3-hour stay.
