Gencom acquires Rosewood London and plans European expansion

Miami-based investment firm Gencom has acquired the 308-room Rosewood London from CTF Development for an undisclosed price. This is Gencom's first European luxury hotel asset and its second Rosewood property, after Rosewood Bermuda. Gencom plans to expand in Europe using an investment strategy similar to its approach in the US market, focusing on Paris, Rome and Madrid, with two deals expected to close in early 2027.
