Amex GBT Creates New VP Role for Global Strategic Meetings

On October 9, 2026, Business Travel News reported that Amex GBT on Friday appointed Daniel Beauchamp as vice president of global strategic meetings, a newly created position. Beauchamp previously led Amex GBT's global consulting and venue sourcing teams and had launched business lines including Meetings & Events and Inclusive Travel. He will be responsible for the operations and commercial strategy of the TMC's strategic meetings business and will drive global business expansion.
