Aven embeds Hopper CFAR protection into SynXis booking engine

On October 1, 2026, Hospitality Technology reported that Aven Hospitality partnered with Hopper Technology Solutions (HTS) to integrate Hopper's Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR) flexible booking protection solution into the Aven Booking Engine. According to the report, hotels can offer this optional add-on in the direct booking checkout flow, with up to 100% refund, and it covers any rate type including non-refundable prepaid rates. The partnership is currently in the implementation phase, with the protection feature embedded in the booking engine for hotels to use in the direct booking process.
