Savory Fund Raises Over $201.5 Million Restaurant Fund

Savory Fund completed fundraising for its third fund, reaching $201.5 million, exceeding its $200 million target. The fund plans to invest in 8 to 9 fast food, fast casual, and casual dining brands, and has currently deployed 35% of the capital, with four completed projects including South Block, Bonrue Bakery, Hawkers Asian Street Food, and Zao Asian Grill.
