Hidden Luxury Retreat signs asset management service agreement for Hangzhou Fuyang Marriott Hotel

On October 23, 2026, Hidden Luxury Retreat completed a signing with Hangzhou Jinhuishiji Real Estate Group to provide third-party asset management services for the Hangzhou Fuyang Marriott Hotel. The hotel is located in the core tower of the Qinwang "City Eye" complex on the banks of the Fuchun River and is planned to officially open in May 2027. Hidden Luxury Retreat enters at the pre-opening stage and will provide full-chain services centered on pre-opening coordination, budget control and market positioning.
