Accor Partners with Mews to Standardize F&B Technology
Why Is Accor's Chief Distribution Officer Leading a Global POS Rollout?
On October 2, 2026, Hotel Dive Feed reported that Accor adopted Mews' POS system to unify F&B technology across its luxury, midscale and economy portfolio, and that the system is currently running in 850 Accor hotels in more than 20 countries. The same report also mentioned that Nobu Hospitality will open its first hotel with 50 rooms and a restaurant in San Juan, Puerto Rico, expected to open in 2028. On October 6, Hospitality Technology reported that Mews announced the expansion of its POS system to more than 850 Accor hotels, with the initiative led by Accor Chief Distribution Officer Jean Noel Lau Keng Lun; Accor's F&B Technology Program, after integrating CRS, PMS and RMS, is standardizing its F&B technology stack around cloud-native, open-API platforms such as Mews, and establishing a preferred vendor list.
