Slender West Lake Cultural Tourism passes HKEX listing hearing

On October 12, 2026, Jiangsu Slender West Lake Cultural Tourism Co., Ltd. passed the HKEX listing hearing, just one step away from landing on the Hong Kong Main Board. Reports say the company's 2025 revenue was 141 million yuan and net profit 51.99 million yuan, with water tour boat sightseeing business revenue accounting for 83.7%, and a national water tour market share of about 1.2%. In June 2023, the Grand Canal Fund invested about 28.5578 million yuan for a 10% stake with a valuation adjustment mechanism attached, requiring completion of an IPO before December 31, 2027. The company has now passed the hearing, and subsequent listing progress remains to be disclosed.
