On October 6, 2026, Hotel Dive published a roundup listing the major hotel industry conferences of 2027. The first is the Americas Lodging Investment Summit (ALIS), held January 25-27 in Los Angeles, expected to draw about 3,000 investors, lenders, developers and owners, with speakers including the CEOs of Marriott International, Hilton, Choice Hotels, Wyndham, IHG and Hyatt. Conferences throughout the year will also be held in Atlanta, New York, Orlando and other cities, covering trends in hotel technology, operations, investment and development.
