In Q3 2026, visa-free foreign entries increased by 24.1% year-on-year

On October 20, 2026, the National Immigration Administration released Q3 2026 entry-exit data at a press conference: visa-free foreign entries reached 8.992 million person-times, accounting for 77.5% of total foreign entries, up 24.1% year-on-year; during the same period, foreign entries were 11.601 million person-times, up 15.6% year-on-year.
