Hainan Issues 18 Measures to Strengthen Sea-Use Support for Marine Tourism

Hainan's Department of Natural Resources and Planning, together with the provincial finance, agriculture and rural affairs, and tourism, culture, radio, television and sports departments, issued the Opinions on Strengthening Sea-Use Factor Support and Service Management for Marine Fisheries and Tourism, setting out 18 specific measures to coordinate sea-use support and standardized management for marine fisheries and marine tourism.
