Juniper Group acquires Deem from Travelport

Juniper Group has acquired Deem, a corporate travel management platform, from Travelport. Terms were not disclosed. Deem will continue to operate independently and maintain a relationship with Travelport. The acquisition strengthens Juniper's position in travel technology and corporate travel.
