SAP Concur Delivers Joule and American Express Integration at Fusion 2025

SAP Concur announced multiple product innovations at Fusion 2025, including embedding generative AI copilot Joule into Concur Travel and Concur Expense. Joule in Concur Expense is expected to be generally available in Q2 2025, helping employees prepare expense reports and answer questions. Joule in Concur Travel is currently in the Early Adopter Care program and can assist with planning offsite meeting locations. SAP Concur expanded its partnership with American Express with a real-time authorization data capability where Amex Corporate Card purchases automatically generate expense entries, starting with meals. One-third of SAP Concur customers use the Amex corporate card.
