Hilton 2027 Trends Report: Why Travelers Choose "Balance" Over "Perfection"

Hilton released its 2027 trends report "The Great Rebalancing," based on global research conducted in collaboration with Morning Consult covering more than 14,000 travelers across 14 countries, indicating that travelers are shifting from pursuing the "perfect trip" toward personal growth, flexibility and exploration. The report proposes five major trends: The Age of Imperfect Perfection, The Trust Equation, The Growth Journey, Reimagined Wellness, and The Micro-Trip Mindset. 54% of respondents said they feel pressure to pursue the perfect trip, and 70% believe hotel professionals are a trustworthy source for travel planning.
