Standard Chartered Bank condensed its T&E policy from 67 pages to a two-pager and uses Concur User Assistant by WalkMe to advise employees of flight carbon impact; Merck deployed SAP Concur solutions in over 75 countries and issued 40,000 payment cards in 10 months; Gallagher rolled out across six regions in two weeks; Acquis won the Partner Innovation Award; PwC Italia reduced travel-related CO2 emissions by 53% since 2019.
