Melbourne Airport to Host 2027 ACI World Airport Experience Summit, First Time in Oceania

ACI World announced that Melbourne Airport will host the 2027 ACI World Airport Experience Summit, the first time the event will be held in Oceania. The eighth edition closed in Istanbul, Türkiye, hosted by iGA Istanbul Airport, drawing around 800 participants and more than 60 expert speakers across nearly 20 sessions. Themes included human-centred travel, employee experience, technology with a human purpose, the business value of customer experience, and airports as destinations and cultural ambassadors.
